ROJAK MEE

Rojak mee ni sebenarnyer mknan kegemaran ayah ita. Mak selalu buatkan. Hari ni rasa teringin nak mkn pulak… Jom ikut ita ke dapur kita lihat apa bahan yg mak pakai….

MyKitchen’s Recipe

5 biji kentang – dihiris, digoreng dan dikisar halus
8 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
15 tangkai cili kering
1 inc halia
1 inc belacan
1 cawan udang kering – direndam
1 cawan air asam jawa
3 sudu besar kacang tanah – ditumbuk
1 buku gula melaka – dicairkan
garam dan gula secukup rasa

“DO IT YOUR SELF”

Kentang dikupas kulitnya, dihiris, digoreng dan di blend halus.
Bawang merah, bawang putih, cili kering, halia, belacan dan udang kering dikisar halus. Kemudian ditumis sampai harum dan garing. Kemudian masukkan kentang yamg telah diblend tadi. Biar seketika. Masukkan air asam jawa dan air gula melaka biar ia masak dan didih. Akhir sekali masukkan garam, gula dan kacang tanah. Rasakan masam,manis dan lemaknyer.

Rojak mee ni juga dimakan bersama jemput2 udang, taugeh yg telah dicelur, sengkuang dihiris, timun dihiris, tauhu goreng, telur rebus, kentang yg digoreng dadu dan mee kuning yg dicelur. Kalau tak suka mee kuning blh juga digantikan dgn spagetti.
