      The ingredients are very minimal, it is the shortcut version.
      The old mamak mee goreng used to be choke full of ingredients like
      potatoes, green peas, tau pok, minced mutton, spinach, besides the standard eggs and bean sprouts and green chillies.
      Their chilli paste is a secret recipe, not a branded one, like DelMonte or SinSin.chilli sauce.
      I really miss the original mee goreng.

      For all those people wondering the sauces he uses are just 2
      1) sweet soy sauce- Indonesian soy sauce and it's very thick
      2) Sambal- similar to sriracha, it's Indonesias ketchup in a sense

      The rest is the usual, just some salt, pepper, begins of your choice.
